Cautious to the bone: he has never made a decision in less than a week and has never made a bad one that anyone can name. Loves his son and does not understand him. Hates owing money and has spent his whole reign paying down a debt his ancestors made. Benevolent, dull by design. His weakness is that the world is now moving faster than a week.
