Clan Nugag

The westernmost clan land, against the Spine, with its town at Nugvek. Under Thuba Nugag, who lost the Hearthking's election to Selra by four votes, the clan lives by trade, iron and marriage, dealing with the Dunmorrow and the Vargate Clans and marrying its daughters into Aldmere's Northmere lords. Half the clan follows the Deep Cold, and that half, the Nugag Marches, may split away. A whole branch, the Frost-Nugag of the far northwest, died in the Great Winter of 1089. The white Nugag fox, whose pelt is worth its weight in silver in Solvaine, takes its name from the clan.
