Larvir

Caelvenne's easternmost city, standing where the River Tsanha leaves Lake Surmave, by the Tsanha fords. The War of the Tsanha Fords (911–914) left it on the Caelvennois side of the border, and it has been the far end of the first heliograph line since 788, when Sierine Tésvol's mirror towers let Solvaine signal Larvir faster than a rider could saddle. In 1146, with Cherüsh riders at the fords, it is Caelvenne's front line against the Grass Sea.
