Vexport

Vexport was the Salt Brotherhood's first pirate town in the Shattered Isles. In 1004 a great storm sank half the Brotherhood's fleet and drowned the town, and the Brotherhood moved its base to Wreckers Cove. The last Captain-King died taking his ship into that storm to bring the fleet home; the crews say he is seen on the water in every storm since, still signaling the way in. Captain-Queen Vex claims descent from him, and Chobecho says everyone does.
