Wromthalm
Wromthalm is Aldmere's city on the western shore of Lake Surmave, near the mouth of the Nollen, and the road through it runs on to Claupiose and Solvaine in Caelvenne. Its everyday fish is the Surmave perch, its otters' pelts line noble cloaks, and its flax fields make Aldmere's linen. The ruin of a mill is shown to travelers here: the folk tale says a miller fed a wolf at his door every winter for twenty years until his son shot it on the step, and the wheel has not turned since.
