Lowfields

Lowfields is the market and garrison town of the Lowfields province, east of Tharxa, where the Bound's barley terraces are thickest. It is watched closely by the Tyrthas, whose head, Skekir Sirtys Gonamik, knows the name of every Bound village headman in the country around it.
