Sorogei

A city of the southwest, near the upper River Shauho. Steppe raiders sacked it in 341, and that sack is why Emperor Tokrai Meksi began the Long Rampart. Its garrison crushed the Reasoned Rebellion of the Southern Reach in 1019. On the road outside it, Old Tsau keeps her shrine to the household spirits.
